[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services to dispose of surplus property to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- Consultant shall possess experience with marketing and selling similar properties in the local market, and also demonstrate depth and breadth in their knowledge of current market conditions in the target markets
• Reviewing and editing marketing brochures for target properties
• Reviewing and editing signage and other marketing material.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 13, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
