[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document processing services for the department of water resources on an annual contract with four options to renew. The department of water resources is responsible for producing water bills for approximately 240,000 residents on a monthly basis to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.
- The Department of Water Resources utilizes a Unisys Remittance Processing System, a lock box service, EBOX and iNovah cashering system. The final billing product must be compatible with these systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
