Government Authority located Atlanta, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Fee Accounting and Financial Consulting Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Fee Accounting and Financial Consulting Services to
1. Review and update as applicable, reconciliations of Balance Sheet balances, including, but not limited to, bank accounts, due to/due from interfunds, other receivables, investments, prepaid expenses, inventory, accounts payables, accrued liabilities.
2. Review and update if applicable, the consolidation of all miscellaneous business activity funds in one fund. Ensure a separate fund is maintained for Lease/Purchase program
3. Review and update as applicable, all reconciliations for HAFC budgetary resources to include Hope VI, Capital Grant and Housing Replacement expenses to the general ledger and LOCCS.
4. Preparation of adjusting journal entries as needed to conform general ledger balances to the above reconciliations.
5. Assist with the writing the Authority's Management's Discussion and Analysis.
6. Review and update the Calculation of Public Housing Assessment System Financial Condition score, prior to submission of FDS
- Ongoing accounting services, including monthly, quarterly or annual assistance to include oversight that all accounting-related deadlines are met.
- Operating Subsidy Enhancement
- Financial Operations Assessments to include review and advise on HAFC's internal control system in its accounting functions
- Technical Assistance related to Accounting or Budget issues
- Compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Assist with ensuring compliance with HUD reporting to include preparation of the annual submissions
-Strategic Planning
- Assistance for enhancing current Information Technology services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A contract period will be for two years.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
