[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide litigation scanning services in OCR and PDF file format,
- Approximately the work volume will be 3 complete sets of digital deliverables of 120,000,
- To scan and process various patient files which includes, but not limited to medical and financial type documents,
- Requiring such operations as copy preparation including the disassemble, re-assembly of original documents, hand and machine feeding of original documents, black only and full color copying,
- Three complete sets of digital deliverables, each complete set to be saved onto suitable
DVD's,
- The contractor is to prep all originals for scanning (removing staples, paper clips, rubber bands and other binding methods),
- Scan all documents at a 1:1 ratio. Contractor to ensure that if pages must be rotated, they are to open at 100%,
- Scan all stapled originals as one file with multiple pages,
- Multi-copy forms are not to be separated, only one copy needs to be scanned,
- All scans must be made keyword searchable by performing optical character recognition scan,
- To create a main PDF descriptive index that correlates with each specific folder, descriptive document image file names, and the logical beginning and ending of documents and files brakes in the collection.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
