[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communication access real time translation and open captioning transcription services for video, on behalf of the office of diversity and civil rights compliance.
- Onsite communication access real time translation services, also known as computer-aided transcription services for persons who are deaf or hard of hearing,
- With disabilities act mandates the provision of reasonable accommodations for employees and auxiliary aids and services” to ensure effective communication with people who are deaf or hard of hearing. auxiliary aids and services include but are not limited to qualified interpreters, note-takers, computer-aided transcription services and assistive listening devices,
- The provision of onsite services will be provided at various facilities upon request, from the office of diversity and civil rights compliance,
- Entity must be able to provide captioners who have valid and current certification by the national court reporter’s association, or who have completed a formal captioning training course.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8,2019.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.
