[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual assistant and chatbot platform for design and implementation of a virtual assistant platform that will provide an online, artificial intelligence capable interactive robotic system accessible on external-facing website,
- Design modern, intuitive construction that enhances the ability of citizens to locate and utilize information and functions of government agencies,
- Branding of compliant with the overall branding strategy agencies,
- A system capable of supporting multiple domains or knowledge areas,
- Ability to integrate with another source system to pull the answer,
- Including implementation and hosting solutions that provide natural language processing, search, knowledge and intent engines, dialogue management, machine learning, a use interface that receive the request and delivers personalized answer and other action via voice or text in support of a virtual assistant/Chatbot/software/robotic system,
- The chatbot also needs to be optimized to continue to learn new content areas as our website continues to be updated as well as provide useful metrics for the user is both interacting with the software and our website.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 11, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
