[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide compensation study for consulting assistance to review the college park’s current compensation plan. That will provide a proportional breakdown of current compensation by occupation, based on data from available published surveys (department of community affairs wage and salary surveys and other published surveys) as well as original surveys conducted by the selected firm to the government authority located in College Park, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
