[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services for cobb county elections to the government authority located in Marietta, GA.
- Vendor will recruit, screen and hire appropriate employees to perform basic clerical and customer
service work, including using a computer to look up and provide information both in person and over
the phone.
- Call Center is set up to answer voters’ questions about when, where and how to vote, operators use a combination of the computer and written materials to provide information to voters, these positions require temps with the ability to communicate clearly, judge what is being asked, select the right information, and judge when to escalate questions or issues to a supervisor.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 09, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
