[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide disaster debris monitoring services and pre-event contract emergency management to include debris generated from the public rights-of-way, drainage areas, waterways, and the other public, eligible, or designated areas to the government authority located in Dalton, GA.
- The contractor shall provide a Project Manager, Operations Manager and FEMA Coordinator.
- Hiring, training, scheduling and managing field staff.
- Coordinate briefings, work progress, staffing, and other key items with the County.
- Entering load tickets into a database application.
- Development of maps GIS applications, etc. as necessary.
- Furnishing and operating an automated and electronic (paperless) debris tracking system.
- Developing daily operational reports to keep the County informed of work progress.
- Provide a Final Report within 30 days of completion of the recovery operations.
- Participate in the County Emergency Operations Center Debris Group.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
