[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide e-surplus equipment disposal service for warehouse to remove from either the warehouse or from another designated site, accumulated electronic e-surplus equipment and dispose of, or recycle the e-surplus,
- Provide a detailed implementation plan to dispose of technology, classroom and office equipment,
this should include a fixed price and additional profit-sharing processes in order to maximize revenue,
- Implementation should contain processes, including methodology for inventorying equipment to be taken, including sanitization of hard disk drive and disposal of equipment according to the department of defense,
- Ensure that all designated surplus equipment is removed from fcs and disposed of or recycled
in accordance with applicable federal and state environmental regulations and within the requirements,
- Pick-up e-surplus equipment within five workdays of being notified by the warehouse office,
the removal of all designated e-surplus equipment shall be on an agreed upon schedule between
the contractor and the warehouse etc. to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
