(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for program verification, budget development, and project programming, site plan development, hazardous and environmental assessments, architectural design and documentation, floor plans and operational features, schematic design development including structural elevations and landscape design, interior graphic design to include selection and specification of furniture, fixture and equipment, design assistance from a kitchen consultant, detailed low voltage and data and telecommunications design services, survey and geotechnical engineering, testing, and investigation, etc. to the government authority located in Sandy Springs, GA.
(2) A pre-qualification conference will be held on July 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
