[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide radio services including replace repeater with a loaner until the barrow repeater is repaired or a new one is purchased, can respond within 12 hours to a radio outage, must come once a week for radio maintenance and repair, video maintenance and repair, must be able to work on video / camera system, must be able to work on synovia tablet system, must renews and coordinates all FCC licensing when needed, must have a summer service on systems, must provide installation of video, GPS, two way radio, public address systems, and more, preventive maintenance checks on equipment at no charge, summer maintenance at no charge while school is out, must have spare emergency system backup available for repeater for 2-way radios, interference of 2-way traffic researched and assistance at no/charge, discounts up to 25% on equipment purchased and all pricing is based on and agreed upon at a 3 yr. renewal rate to the government authority located in Winder, GA.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
