[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis management software for emergency management notification and management system for our administrative leadership team as well as our local school-based staff and faculty, viewing, interaction, capture of data, reporting of data in a desktop, laptop, tablet, phone environment, fully presented without any special options that create difficulty for evaluation teams to decipher, compatible on Android, IOS, Windows, dynamically updated capable emergency contacts list that can be imported daily for district wide emergency contacts, web based dashboard capability to provide live district wide look at all incidents in real time with fully configurable page to display information by incident, with checklist notifications monitoring and overall situational awareness monitoring live, capability to modify or auto silence alarm based on alarm type after period of time, capability to daily import all student rosters by class for association with teachers, capability to send mass notifications to all users or specific users in emergency, by group or category, messages should be delivered immediately, capability to have panic button on the app that can send
immediate notification to designated users, allow for multiple notifications based on scenario and user, capability to allow for real time tracking and reporting of students in a typical reunification scenario, capability of pre-built incident forms, hierarchy-based notification capabilities, ability to create custom forms, capability to track and perform Drill events, fully functional on all current web browsers, i.e. Internet Explorer, MS Edge, Safari, and Chrome Browsers, accessible via mobile devices including current iOS, Android, and Windows operating systems, ability to maintain an audit trail of five years of who logged into the software, access the records for a particular student, including date, time, and what was changed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
