[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for the county courthouse and judicial center to the government authority located in McDonough, GA.
a. Offices and Workspaces, and Conference Rooms
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle (in the parking lot) and replace liners - daily.
- Vacuum all carpeted floors and mop all tile floors - only once per week.
b. Activity Rooms and Classrooms
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle (in the parking lot) and replace liners - daily.
- Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant and vacuum all carpeted floors - daily.
c. Public Entrances, Lobbies, Reception Areas, and Corridors and Hallways
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle (in the parking lot) and replace liners - daily.
- Vacuum all carpeted floors and sweep and mop all tile floors - daily.
- Clean and sanitize all water fountains - daily.
- Clean glass and door handles at all main entrances - daily.
d. Kitchens, Breakrooms and Dining Areas
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle (in the parking lot) and replace liners - daily.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, exterior of refrigerators, tables, and countertops - daily.
- Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant and vacuum all carpeted floors - daily.
e. Restrooms
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle (in the parking lot) and replace liners - daily.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize - daily.
- Restock paper supplies and soap in all restroom dispensers - daily.
- Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant - daily.
f. Stairwells and Elevators
- Sweep steps and landings of stairwells - once per week.
- Vacuum floors and door tracks of elevators - once per week.
- Clean elevator doors and control panels - once per week.
- Handrails and bannisters are to be wiped - once per week.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2019.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on July 11, 2019.
