[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service for courthouse square and one judicial center to the government authority located in McDonough, GA.
- Empty all trash containers in designated receptacle and replace liners daily
- Vacuum all carpeted floors and mop all tile floors
- Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant and vacuum all carpeted floors
- Clean and sanitize all water fountains daily.
- Clean glass and door handles at all main entrances daily
- Clean and sanitize sinks, exterior of refrigerators, tables, and countertops daily
- Restock paper supplies and soap in all restroom dispensers daily
- Clean elevator doors and control panels once per week
- Sweep steps and landings of stairwells
- Remove debris from floor
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on July 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 18, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
