(1) Vendor needs to provide symmetry access control security system must be a standalone system and function as its own network, system must be adaptable and expandable but not restricted to only one commercial brand for expansion, must be able to create badges, badge access, control locking or unlocking of doors, grant access via designate computer program granted permissions, must be expandable to allow camera CCTV tie in and have recording storage for up to 90 days to the government authority located in Fort Gordon, GA.
