[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural risk factor surveillance system for gathering information about knowledge, attitudes, and health behaviors, methodology and guidelines and have the necessary tools and systems to efficiently administer the survey, attestation that it possesses call centers with workstations equipped with computer hardware and software applications, ability to manually dial telephone numbers, receiving and loading the sample, conducting initial interviewer training and continuous training of staff, data collection and data processing and reporting and interview respondents contained in the telephone sampling frame and will provide a description of any prior experience interviewing respondents by telephone to the government authority located in Georgia.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than June 28, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
