[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Image Trac Scanner Equipment to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Image Trac 6400 Scanner (Straight Path). Department of Revenue will award a purchase agreement that includes three Image Trac 6400 machines to replace older Image Trac scanning equipment that is now considered “end-of-life” by the manufacturer. These machines must include the latest version of the Softrac Data Capture Suite that will supersede the current Softrac Data Capture Suite in use by the to the Department of Revenue Processing centre to process/manage the scanned images. the softrac data capture suite must include a Captiva capture module for scanner connectivity to the processing centres Captiva tax processing system currently in use. professional integration services must be provided and included in the agreement. the delivery schedule must be agreed upon prior to the actual shipping of each of the 3 scanners. the scanner installations will not conflict with the department of revenue processing center’s current tax processing schedule which includes the peak mail processing months which are defined as January through June of every calendar year. the agreement will include the re-location of the current scanners being replaced to a location within the dor processing center to allow room for the new scanner installation and configuration. scanner implementation will require the placement, install, and configuration of one scanner before moving to the next scanner, etc. this is also to not reduce current scanning/processing workloads (minimal operation disruption). payment will be based upon the processing center’s acceptance of each scanner/software installation, configuration, and testing of the scanning solution. to the government authority located in Georgia.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one years.
