[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise records management solution consulting services to capture records management requirements for all county departments.
- Enterprise Records Management solution that will a reduction in physical document storage requirements, compliance with federal, state, and county laws and regulations (retention requirements and open record requests), efficient record/document capture (structured and unstructured), electronic record/document requests, improved search and retrieval, automated workflow for records management staff, improved tracking, fully auditable, highly secure and address any other requirements identified during discovery.
(2) A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 27, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
