[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide intelligent transportation system devices and infrastructure. Services include those related and pertaining directly or indirectly to maintenance, repair, replacement, emergency services, and management of the assets for a period of five years. Maintenance will include requirements for both preventative and routine services for the duration of the contract term. Examples of assets to be included in this contract are closed-circuit television cameras, electronic message signs, ramp meters, express Lane gates, environmental sensors, emergency access gates, roadside access control system, vehicle detection devices, hubs, and the fiber optic communications network. This project does not include central navigator software maintenance or upgrade.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
