[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated red light traffic camera enforcement system including. Camera System shall be capable of detecting simultaneous and multiple violators in through travel lanes as well as dedicated left turning lanes. Non-intrusive detectors or sensors are preferred. The system shall be able to process the largest approaches, assist the County in planning studies concerning possible monitoring locations at no additional charge. Items include site visits and monitoring, evaluations/recommendations, traffic flow analysis of potential lanes to be monitored, constructability evaluation, video analysis, maintenance concerns, drawings, permits, etc, System shall not interfere with or be housed in any County traffic control equipment or devices. Connections shall not interfere with the operation of traffic control device or components. The installation of loops or other detection equipment if required shall be accomplished without interfering with or damaging existing traffic signal equipment and infrastructure. Interference or damage to County equipment and infrastructure shall be at the Proponents expense, to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.
(2) A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held June 27, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 5, 2019.
(4) The contract term will be for one year.
