Government Authority located in Sandy Springs, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for master planning and consulting services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to master planning and consulting services to develop three conceptual master plans each of the following four shopping centres total of twelve plans to the government authority located in Sandy Springs, GA.
- Each plan should be within the parameters of the existing development code and the future land use plan, Consideration should also be given to public comments included:
- Outreach: public involvement plan includes map of the existing area showing parcels and streets and right-of-way, map showing topography, water features and existing vegetation, aerial photo of the existing area,
- Inventory and environment: mapping, environmental screening,
- Conceptual plans etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 30, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Budget :
