[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website planning and project management services using WordPress content management system.
- To better leverage available and prepare for emerging technologies to enhance the user experience
and better conduct the mission of the city website, to simplify the user experience for website visitors, to improve accessibility for those with physical limitations, to elevate government transparency, to better provoke citizen and customer engagement, develop an information architecture that is efficient, easily understood and sustainable by staff in the future, implement a content management solution that can be maintained by both experienced web development staff as well as business users with no coding experience.
- Professional services of a consultant with a strong UX background and proven experience in the planning and design of government and corporate websites to lead the planning, strategy, and design for the development of a revamped / new website for the city.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
