Vendor needs to provide aircraft data recording and reporting capability software to meet qualification requirements to enable data bus recording and reporting on air force aircraft in which flight, system and component data can be downloaded over-the-air or post-flight by maintainers in their WorkCentre or on the flight line, the level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined,
- To record all aircraft data bus traffic is critical to the long-term success of condition-based maintenance plus, specifically predictive algorithm development, focused on identifying degradation of specific components or systems. additionally, capture and package of downloaded flight, system and component data files is critical for the ability to accomplish condition-based maintenance plus reliability and failure analysis.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
