[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student enrollment management consultant services connect the institution’s mission, strategic plan, current state, and changing environment to long-term enrollment and fiscal health, SEMP, which will include strategies, tactics and action items, SEMP must be visionary, data informed, comprehensive, integrated, and student focused to the government authority located in Georgia.
- Consultant must be recognized as a leader in higher education enrollment management with at least ten years of experience in strategic planning and enrollment management.
- Creation of a financial aid leveraging model that uses multiple student-based factors in determining a net-revenue maximized awarding program on a per-student basis to ensure effective use of scholarship dollars and creation of tracking reports, projections and data analytics throughout the entire awarding contract period that will accommodate annual modifications to the leveraging strategy as needed.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
