[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate broker services for provide marketing services for a city-owned improved lot known as the old fire station including to assist in the disposition of surplus real property, actively market the disposition of the real property, comply with all federal, state, and local laws, create a website, perform a detailed market study to advise, provide a comparative market analysis or other valuation method to support the recommended price, preparing and advertising the legal advertisement and bid blanks required by statute, coordinate site visits or showings with potential buyers, maintaining full and accurate records with respect, obtain all necessary signatures to bind a potential buyer to any final agreement and assist the city and woff with all pre-closing, closing and post-closing matters to all matters and services to the government authority located in Cartersville, GA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
