[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide disposal consulting services for the listing and disposition of real property owned by agency, activities may include listing the properties on websites, assisting with the development of marketing materials, fielding questions about the properties and showing the properties to perspective buyers to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
- Preparing marketing materials, listing property, showing property, offering expert advice and analysis, providing timely communication.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than May 16, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
