Vendor needs to provide suspicious activity reporting mobile application services for mobile application and monitoring platform that will electronically allow the submission of suspicious activity tips, improve and encourage suspicious activity reports within a mobile application, monitoring suspicious activity reporting submitted through the public user application to allow tip reporting to law enforcement, allow the public the ability to report a variety of public safety information in a manner that is useful and actionable to law enforcement and public safety authorities, aide analysis and ease of information distribution, suspicious activity reports will be displayed via dashboard.
