Vendor needs to provide balanced literacy program service to the government authority located in Danielsville, GA.
- Explicit linkage between the program and the standards of excellence
- Materials outlining the scope and sequence of the program including but not limited to phonological and phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary building, fluency, grammar, comprehension, and genre writing.
- Summary of relevant evidence-based research of program implementation
- Clear information to teachers regarding materials preparation, instructional goals, and strategies
- A variety of instructional and assessment strategies that engage all students including EL, SPED, and Enrichment students
- Samples of integration of content areas including science and social studies, with explicit reference to content area standards
- Multimedia supports
- Integration of technology for instructional purposes through a variety of technology tools
- Incorporation of 21st century skills
- Assessment tools including formative assessments, summative assessments, performance task, and scoring rubrics
- A narrative section that addresses
o Professional development resources available to support introduction and implementation of the program
o General work plan and time table
o Qualifications of firm including relevant prior experiences
o Key personnel who will be involved in the project with resumes attached.
o Comprehensive pricing plan divided into grade level options. Provide pricing by grade level (K,1,2,3,4,5) and in grade level bands (1-3, 4-5, K-2 and K-5).
