Government Authority located in Athens, Georgia; USA based organization looking for fall protection and safety equipment supplies.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fall protection and safety equipment supplies to the government authority located in Athens, GA.
- Lead installation technician shall be fully trained by manufacturer in the installation of the specific system to be installed.
- The lead installer shall have performed a minimum of five previous similar projects.
- The lead installer shall have current training and certification in man lift operation and forklift operation.
- The lead installer shall have current 30-hour certification.
- Copies of training certificates shall be kept at the fall protection contactors location and will be made available upon request.
- Form the basis of the design of the proposed solution.
- Verify that the fall protection design proposed in the bid documents provides a safe and compliant system that fully protects the users.
- Field verify system layout to ensure required fit and dimensions.
- Review the construction schedule to ensure timely project execution.
- Review site specific safety requirements and obtain a list of any site-specific pre-installation safety training requirements.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 18, 2019.
