Government Authority located in Georgia; USA based organization looking for the online application management system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide the online application management system should allow parents to apply for admissions to participating schools by using a single application.
- Create a detailed work plan to guide the design, development and testing of the AMS.
- As part of the design process, present options to stakeholders, gather feedback and refine design.
- Build and thoroughly test the AMS to ensure a successful launch.
- Provide support and troubleshooting services to APS staff during the first year of operation.
- Collecting applications securely and storing data and allowing users to edit applications and re-submit applications prior to key deadlines.
- Preventing duplicate applications, when possible and allowing for screening and deletion of duplicate applications which are identified later.
- Identifying incomplete e.g., missing cell phone number or otherwise invalid e.g., ineligible birthdate applications and notifying applicants while allowing AMS users to manually review and override.
- Ability to send mass emails to users or sets of users through AMS.
- Ability to send mass text messages to users or sets of users through AMS.
- Ability to initiate automatic phone calls to users or sets of users through AMS.
- Ability to export application data to Excel.
- Ability for parent users to save and print PDFs of a submitted application.
- Identifying and linking sibling applications together in the database if submitted by the same parent user e.g. to allow for the administration of sibling accepted preference within the waitlist, which could also be a product of infinite campus one-way or two-way integration.
- Experience coordinating with other technology vendors to provide a seamless user experience.
- Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic design process involving many stakeholders.
- Experience working in urban communities to promote new behaviours and knowledge acquisition.
(2) All written questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
