[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services includes the following to the government authority located in Brunswick, GA.
- Clean all particles from vents and wall or ceiling area adjacent to the vent.
- Dust all surfaces, including windowsills, banisters, hand rails, ledges, pictures, plaques, cubicle wall tops, door tops, tops and sides of book shelves and cabinets, etc
- Clean all interior windows and frames. windows shall be free of smudges, fingerprints, cobwebs
- Clean and polish all real woodwork. woodwork shall be free of smudges, fingerprints and shall have a uniform appearance
- Clean and disinfect toilets and urinals.
(2) A mandatory pre-submittal conferences will be held on April 4, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in written no later than April 11, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Budget :
