[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for welcome center to the government authority located in Tallapoosa, GA.
- Dust walls and ceilings for cobwebs
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Empty and clean napkin disposals
- Refill and clean dispensers
- Clean entrance glass, doors and display case
- Sweep as needed to maintain litter free floors
- Inspect and replace burned out light bulbs
- Scrub walls and floors with a brush
- Clean all exposed pipes, hinges, latches, fittings
- Clean all exhaust fans and escutcheons and light fixtures
- Spray for hornets, bees, flies
- Steam clean rest rooms
- Spot clean vending areas either interior or exterior
- Clean drinking fountain bowls
- Replace burned out bulbs in walkways and porch areas
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
