[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare and medical supplies discount contracts for healthcare and medical related equipment and supplies to the government authority located in Cumming, GA.
- The selection of approved catalogs and discounts is solely at the discretion of fcs personnel within the parameters of this document, while multiple contracts may be awarded from this bid, preferences may be shown to vendors that provide overall best value the least amount of exclusions
- Shipments are to be made to the various fcs schools and departments throughout the county on an as needed basis.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 29, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
