- Waste disposal units must be free standing, touch-free and liner-free with a capacity of at least six gallons. Units should be of a consistent quality/color and appearance. The units should be made of tough polypropylene that will not break if dropped from waist height. Dimensions should not exceed 22”x19”x6”.
