[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide school nutrition computer software that will provide POS operations at our district office and 13 school cafeteria locations.
- Front of house point of service and student POS stations
- Manager reports
- Student eligibility determination
- On-line student payment system
- Versatile key pad and student identification applications
- On site training for cashiers and managers on dates selected by district.
- Toll Free Phone support included in annual subscription rate and no additional charges for assistance.
- Software compatible with Windows 10 or ethernet and wireless capability.
- Product warranty.
- Kickstart package that includes setup, implementation, and training.
- Assigned tech support specialist that handles all troubleshooting directly for our school system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
