[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic research administration system for scalable, comprehensive and integrated electronic research administration system /grant management research system that provides pre-award, non-financial post-award, financial post-award, Time and Effort, Reporting, Compliance, Institutional Review Board and Conflict of Interest functionality/modules.
- Some essential tasks include but are not limited to: gather and document requirements, determine project plan and timeline, configure system for implementation, configure workflow/approvals within system and flowchart map process, identify testing scripts, host system test environments, coordinate KSU teams’ testing, and sign-off approval, provide KSU team and end-users with functional training for modules implemented, map, program, data to migrate from existing systems and integrate data from multiple systems both external and internal to KSU, provide technical support and respond as documented in the contract and/or service level agreement.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
