[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio visual system upgrade services, remove existing A-V system, install new audio system, install new video system to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.
- Provide and install a system that has the capability to handle 21 microphones, sufficient HDMI ports, individual volume settings and is compact.
- The current microphones shall be utilized, microphones shall be connected to the A-V system with new microphone wire.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 27, 2019.
(3) All written questions must be submitted no later than April 2, 2019.
