(1) Vendor needs to provide fitness health centers management system will increase capability of clients to schedule activities through a user interface; will improve lifestyle staff efficiency and impact with consolidated records member profiles, consultations, facility use in an electronic format, which will reduce the physical storage space required and reduce management of paper filing systems and will allow for integrated reporting.
- Requires a web-enabled platform to perform the following three capabilities
- Non-identifiable data integration,
- Ability to query and generate reports and
- Ability to provide a user-interface for registration, promotion of campaigns and awareness months, and tracking employees’ use of wellness amenities.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
