[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firms and recruiting services for conducting executive searches, attracting the most experienced and qualified executive candidates, candidates for positions at the director level and above, develop and implement an aggressive recruitment strategy and plan to identify potential qualified candidates, actively seek those candidates whose background, experience and education best meet the needs of the position by sourcing job candidates through a number of different channels including advertising in nationally recognized publications likely to attract qualified candidates, administer assessments for each search, arrange and coordinate the interviews for the top qualified candidates, consulting and advisory services to hiring officials on the final candidate selection and conduct complete and detailed reference check to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on February 14, 2019 to February 18, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
