[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food catering services for events such as dances, holiday events, vendor events and banquets etc. includes variety of breakfast items for both continental and hot buffets, cold lunch and dinner options, such as sandwich and salad entrees, lunch and dinner hot buffets, and a la carte items to the government authority located in Jonesboro, GA.
- Continental Buffet: Bagels, muffins, donuts, assorted sweet breads and pastries, fruit, protein, hot items, appropriate spreads, condiments, and beverage service
- Boxed Lunches: Sandwiches (assorted meats and various breads), assorted chips. fruit salad, assorted desserts, and beverage service
- Boxed Dinner: Salad, hot and cold dinner entrees, dinner sides (two minimum), choice of breads, assorted desserts, and beverage service
- Breakfast Buffet: breakfast entrees, breakfast sides, freshly baked pastries, fruit, assorted condiments and beverage service
- Lunch Buffet: Lunch entrees, lunch sides, assorted breads and rolls, various salads, hot hors d' oeuvres, assorted dessert and beverage service
- Dinner Buffet: Hot and cold hors d'oeuvre, dinner entrees, dinner sides, assorted salads, assorted desserts. and beverage service
- Breakfast Gala: Multiple breakfast entrees, multiple breakfast sides, waffle and omelet stations, freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit, and beverage service
- Lunch Gala: Assorted lunch entrees, assorted lunch sides, hot and cold hors d' oeuvres, carving stations, assorted salads, various breads, assorted desserts, and beverage service
- Dinner Gala: Hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, assorted soups and salads, craving stations, pastas, assorted entrees, assorted sides, specialty desserts, and beverage service
- Beverage services consisting of, but not limited to the following-
- Hot and cold tea, both sweet and unsweet
- Coffee
- Assorted Juices
- Assorted Sodas
- Bottled water
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2019.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 8, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
