Government Authority located in Albany, Georgia; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for Wide Area Network Services
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) vendor needs to provide wide area network services is requesting a single option of 500 MBPS at the primary campus, WAN connectivity cost must include network connectivity between Tech’s Primary Campus and all of Tech’s remote campus locations listed below. These are point to point circuits only, with the Primary campus acting as the hub of a hub and spoke infrastructure, The WAN connection between the Primary Campus and each remote location may not transverse the public internet, the WAN service shall use layer 2 switching to interconnect campus locations, WAN bandwidth should be what is specified in the table above, circuits will be synchronous, availability and uptime should meet a minimum guaranteed uptime of 99.95% with 24/7/365 monitoring, and a maximum of 4 hours response time for service outages, All connections shall have the same support phone number to call for service outages, technical expertise is required. support must be available via phone on a 24/7/365 basis, must provide a drawing of the proposed network design in PDF format to the government authority located in Albany, GA.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 18, 2019.
