[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide signal and intelligent transportation system on-call design services to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
1. Preparation of concept reports:
- Right of way cost estimate.
2. Preparation of existing field data:
- Aerial photography.
- Field surveys.
- Photogrammetric mapping.
- Digital terrain mapping.
- Location of utilities.
- Production of existing right of way and property line maps.
- Processing of field enhancements for map models.
- Environmental Studies.
3. Hydraulic and hydraulic analysis and design of hydraulic systems.
4. Preliminary signal or ITS plans.
5. Right of way plans.
6. Field staking.
7. Utility plans.
8. Final signal and ITS plans.
9. Geotechnical services, including soils surveys.
10. Construction cost estimates.
11. Environmental studies and documentation.
12. Underground storage tanks and hazardous waste assessments.
13. Subsurface utility engineering (SUE).
14. Erosion control plans.
15. Writing specifications.
16. Owner field verification
17. SAE J2735 compliant MAP message creation and validation
18. ITS fiber asset management
19. Training.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
