[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide account collection services for delinquent utility like water, sewer, sanitation to maximize cash flow of its revenue streams related to taxes, fees, fines and charges for services to the government authority located in Savannah, GA.
