[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide eligibility and enrollment system and services for the state entities that consist of a web portal that provides a single enrollment and eligibility system for medical and flexible benefits and a consolidated view of medical and flexible benefits for subscribers in the shared population, a common call center that provides eligibility and enrollment services for medical and flexible benefits with a single phone number and IVR menu for subscribers in the shared population, COBRA, direct billing, dependent verification and finance and billing, payroll and carrier interfaces, data conversion and other related eligibility and enrollment services outlined in this eRFP based on each the requirements of state entity, consolidated medical and flexible benefits enrollment data, costs, metrics and analytics of shared employee groups for state financial leadership.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 11, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
