[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide group long term disability insurance services for basic group term life insurance and to offer optional employee, spouse and child group life and an optional personal accident insurance to all full-time employees, quarterly updates on eligibility and claims data and quarterly updates in an electronic format on health and wellness issues related to their product for distribution to employees to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than January 11, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
