[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing services for attracting new business investment, encouraging the expansion of existing industry and small businesses, aligning workforce education and training with in-demand jobs, locating new markets for products, attracting tourists and promoting the state as a destination for arts and location for film, music and digital entertainment projects, as well as planning and mobilizing state resources for economic development.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 7, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
