(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management at-risk services for construction management firm including school renovations and modifications, auditorium renovations and modifications, gymnasium renovations and modifications and will be responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule to the government authority located in Albany, GA.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on JANUARY 7, 2019.
