[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relationship management system to provide effective communication to help move students through the admissions process at educational organization.
- The system should allow automated communication through email. It should allow for segmentation based on a multiple of factors
-The system should have the ability to print letters either on demand and the ability to automate them
- The ability to send communication in a timed manner is needed
- The system should have the ability to create tasks in order to develop a worklist for licensed users
-The system should allow for students and users of the product to receive technical support online or by phone.
- They system should have the ability to create customizable forms, such as admission applications and event registration forms
- The system should have the ability to automate data loads from multiple sources through integration points
- The system should have data management configuration abilities in order to prevent duplicate records
- The system should have data validation abilities
- The system should be scalable in terms of record storage to meet current needs as well as the expanded needs going forward.
- The system should have the ability to create and export reports based on a customizable multiple factor.
- The system should analyze admissions funnel and other enrollment metrics with desirability and probability ratings models
- The system should have the ability to dynamically plan recruitment events including online registration.
- Installation, customization, and configuration of the product will be the sole responsibility of the provider
- The system will be compatible, integrate, receive, and send information
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 4, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
