[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services including floor care, mopping and washing of non-carpeted floors, mopping, washing and disinfecting of restrooms, showers and break rooms and
locker rooms, carpet and rug cleaning, floor mats and runners, fixtures, surfaces, walls, high cleaning, trash, wastebasket, recyclables, elevator and stairways, blinds and coverings, not including drapes, curtains, and unique coverings, restroom heavy cleaning, fitness center, pressure washing services, exterior ash receptacles and trash containers, policing outside areas, granite and marble floor, floor care and carpet maintenance, carpet steam cleaning standard and stripping and refinishing floors to the government authority located in Atlanta, GA.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on December 12, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 14, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for two years.
